Ingredients
Broccoli Florets - 1 Cup (Steamed and Grind)
Potato -1/2 No. (Boiled)
Mixed Spices (Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Chilly Flakes)
Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1/4 tsp
Method
- Mash broccoli, boiled potato, mixed spices and ginger-garlic paste together and shape them to form patties.
- Use Organic Groundnut Oil to roast on a tawa.
- Serve hot with Mint Chutney or freshly made hummus.
