Sprouts Cutlets

1️. Steam 1 cup sprouts, 1 Cup each of diced Veggies (Beans, Carrots and Peas)

2️. Add Green Chilly, 1/4 inch of Grated ginger, Salt and Black Pepper.

Mix well to form batter.

3️. Shape as desired and roast from both sides equally on tawa, servin it warm with Mint Chutney.
