Beetroot and Quinoa Cutlets
Ingredients
Beetroot - 1 Cup (Cut into cubes and steamed)
Quinoa - 2 tbsp (Boiled)
Mixed Spices (Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Chilly Flakes)
Method
- Combine beetroot, boiled quinoa, mixed spices together and shape them to form patties.
- Use Organic and Groundnut Oil to roast on a tawa.
- Serve hot with Mint Chutney or freshly made hummus.
