Amaranth Yogurt Kadhi and Samak Rice



Ingredients


- 1 Cup Curd

- Rajgiri (Amaranth) Flour - 3 TSP

- Rock Salt - As per taste

- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 TSP

- 1/2 Cup Water

- 1 TSP Ghee

- 1-2 Chopped Chilies

- Coriander Leaves

How to Cook


Step 1 : Take 1 cup curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it till smooth

Step 2 : Add 3 TSP of amaranth flour and mix very well.

Step 3 : Add water to this mixutre

Step 4 : In a pan heat ghee, add cumin seeds, add the curd mixture.

Step 5 : Add Kadhi patta and chillies

Step 6 : Stir well allow the kadhi to simmer, the kadhi will thicken

Step 7 : Serve with Samak Rice
