In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of boiled and cooled soyabean chunks and add salt, pepper, 1 tbsp rice flour and 1/2 tsp of red chili powder. Set aside for 15 mins.
Heat a non stick pan with a tbsp of oil and roast the soya chunks till golden brown. Set it aside.
In the heated pan, sauté 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 dried red chilly whole and 1-2 tbsp each of onion and spring onions.
In the same pan, add 1/2 cup of capsicum and bell peppers. Sauté. Add 1 tbsp each Soy sauce and chili sauce.
Garnish with a squeezed lemon and 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds.
