Ingredients
- Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls) - 1/2 Cup
- 1 Boiled Potatoes
- Ghee - 1/2 TSP
- Rocksalt - as per taste
- Black Pepper - as per taste
- Lemon / Tarmarind - 1 TSP
- Cumin Seeds - 1 TSP
- Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 TSP
How to Cook
Step 1 : Heat ghee in the pan, add cumin seeds, potatoes and roast well.
Step 2 : Add soaked sabudana (soaked for 3 hours) and mix well.
Step 3 : Add rock salt, pepper as per taste.
Step 4 : Add lemon juice or tarmarind pulp 1 TSP.
Step 5 : Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
