Rice Kanji
An excellent probiotic, rice kanji is one powerful way to boost gut health, a glass of this kanji a day does not let you feel dizzy in this heat and also helps in maintaining supple skin.
How to prepare:
- In an earthen pot, add around 1/2 litre of water
- To this, add 1-2 tbsp cooked rice
- Cover the lid and set aside for fermenting for 2-3 days
