Quinoa Fruit Salad
Recipe
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 /2 cup of soaked and boiled Quinoa
- To this, add all the seasonal fruits (Apple, Pear, Pineapple, Orange)
- Toss this with a home made dressing of 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Honey and a dash of rock salt.
- Full of energy and good health, quinoa fruit salad is ready.
