Lobia Salad
Lobia Salad Recipe
- In a mixing bowl, add 1-2 tbsp cooked quinoa, some boiled and cooled Lobia (White Beans), 1 cup mixed bell peppers- red, yellow and green 1/2 cup each of chopped onion and tomatoes.
- Toss this up with some home made salad dressing.
- Enjoy!
For Dressing
- In a small jar, add 1 tbsp olive oil, salt to taste, juice of 1/2 lemon.
