Guacamole Recipe with Salad Sticks



Loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E and a proven skin health booster, Guacamole, makes up for a great snack.


- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.

- Mix in onion, tomatoes, and garlic.

- Stir in pepper.

- Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor or you can also serve immediately.
