INGREDIENTS:
1. Bread Slices: 2
2. Cucumber: 1
3. Medium Size Onion: 1
4. Tomato: 1
5. Capsicum: 1
6. Carrot: 1
7. Green Chutney
8. Roasted Cumin Powder
9. Black Pepper and Salt
METHOD:
1) Slice all vegetables.
2) On a Bread slice, spread some Green or Mint chutney, season with some salt, roasted cumin powder and black pepper.
3) Stack all the chopped vegetables on this bread slice.
4) Take another bread slice, spread some mint chutney over it, close the sandwich. Grill over a pan or sandwich griller.
5) Your healthy and tasty, grilled vegetable sandwich is ready.
