Diet to follow during Lockdown

This diet is created to boost your immunity and burn your fat.




Early Morning | 6 30 - 7 30 am - Tulsi Water/ Warm Water with Lemon, soaked nuts (5-7 almonds, 1-2 walnuts)


Exercise/ Yoga for 30 - 40 minutes


Breakfast | 8 30 - 9 30 am - 1 Katori Poha/ 1 katori Upma/ 1 bowl sprouts salad/ 1-2 besan cheela - chutney/ 2 boiled egg whites (1 whole egg) + Tea


Mid Morning | 11 - 12 pm - Ginger Turmeric Tea/ Green Tea/ Lemon Water/ Coconut Water + 1 seasonal fruit (citrus fruit like orange/ anar/ watermelon)


Lunch - 2 rotis/ 1 katori rice + 1 katori seasonal vegetable/ dal, 1 plate salad, 1 katori curd.


Evening | 4 - 5 pm - Tea/ Green Tea, Roasted Makhanas/ Murmuras/ 1 seasonal fruit (papaya/ banana)


Early Dinner | 7 - 8 pm - 1 Roti with 1 katori seasonal vegetable/ 1 katori dal + 1 plate salad/ 1-2 katori vegetable daliya + salad


Post Dinner | 10 pm - 1 Cup Haldi wala Milk
