Berry and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Recipe

- In a blender, combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 3-4 tbsp rolled oats and 1 tsp chia seeds.

- Once blended, take the mixture out in a bowl and top it off with some frozen berries of your choice, (Serving Suggestion: blueberries) and 1 frozen banana.

- Serve immediately or chilled to keep that good health kicking.
